Meet Christa Molison, CCS’s New Marketing Coordinator

At CCS, we’re always excited to welcome fresh energy and talent to our team. This month, we’re thrilled to introduce Christa Molison, who recently joined us as our Marketing Coordinator. We sat down with Christa to learn more about her background, passions, and what she’s most excited about as she steps into this new chapter with CCS.

Q: Tell us a little about yourself and your background.

A: I’m a native Jamaican, born and raised on the western end of the island, and I’ve lived and worked in Montego Bay for over 10 years. I love connecting with people, so it’s no surprise that I’ve found myself drawn to roles where communication and creativity intersect. About half of my career has been in the tourism industry, which has helped me build a strong foundation in customer service, adaptability, and working with diverse groups of people.

When I’m not working, I enjoy following social media trends, dancing, and making memories with family and friends. I’m passionate about personal growth—especially in spaces where creativity and purpose meet.

Q: What attracted you to this role at CCS?

A: Marketing has always been my passion, but along the way I’ve gained experience in sales and customer service across several industries. When I saw this job description, it felt like the perfect blend of everything I love—communication, marketing, and a team-oriented culture. I’d already heard great things about CCS, and I was excited about the opportunity to work in an environment I was familiar with, while finally getting to dive deeper into the marketing side of things.

Q: Have you worked in a contact center or customer service environment before?

A: Yes, I have. Since graduating high school, most of my work has been customer service-based, particularly in the Montego Bay area. I’ve had the chance to work in several contact centers, which has helped me sharpen my communication skills and better understand the value of empathy and consistency when dealing with customers.

Q: What skills do you bring to the team?

A: I bring a great mix of creativity, communication, and adaptability. I’m organized and dependable, which helps when managing multiple projects or collaborating across departments. My background in both customer service and sales has taught me to truly listen to people and respond in ways that feel thoughtful and on-brand. I also thrive in collaborative spaces—I love learning from others, brainstorming new ideas, and working together toward a shared goal.

Q: What does customer service mean to you?

A: To me, customer service is about more than just solving a problem—it’s about the experience you create from start to finish. It’s about listening with the intent to understand, not just to respond. Great customer service also means being proactive, taking responsibility, and making sure that the person on the other end feels respected, heard, and valued.

Q: What are you looking forward to as you grow in this role?

A: I’m really excited to expand my marketing skills in a structured, fast-paced corporate environment. I’m eager to learn from experienced mentors, take on new and exciting challenges, and gain a deeper understanding of strategy, branding, and cross-functional collaboration. It’s a chance for me to grow personally and professionally—and I’m ready for it.

What’s one fun fact we should know about you?

A: I absolutely love animated films—that’s pretty much my go-to entertainment. I’m definitely a child at heart! There’s something about the creativity, humor, and storytelling in animation that inspires me and reminds me to stay curious and imaginative, even when life gets hectic.

We’re so excited to have Christa on board and can’t wait to see the impact she’ll make here at CCS. Her passion for people, combined with her marketing mindset and customer-first approach, make her a perfect fit for our team.
