An Update from Call Center Solutions After Hurricane Melissa

Hurricane Melissa recently made historic landfall across the Caribbean, leaving widespread damage in its path — including in Montego Bay, where our call center locations were directly impacted.

We are deeply grateful that our entire team is safe and accounted for. While this was one of the most powerful storms in history, our Montego Bay team has shown remarkable resilience, unity, and determination in the days that followed.

Thanks to the dedication of our local leadership and the tireless efforts of our staff, essential resources such as fuel for generators and internet connectivity have been secured. We’ve already resumed operations at a limited level and continue to make steady progress each day toward a full recovery.

Our teams in both Jamaica and the United States are working side by side to rebuild, restore, and support one another. Every department across our organization has come together with a shared focus: to return to full strength and continue delivering the reliable service our partners expect from us.

We are deeply moved by the outpouring of care and support from our partners and clients worldwide. Many have asked how they can help or send care packages to our team members. While we are deeply appreciative, we’re not yet ready to receive assistance as we focus on stabilizing infrastructure and ensuring safe delivery channels. Once we are ready, we will share an update on how you can best support our team.
