Call Center Solutions first opened its doors in 2018 hosting 78 agent stations and 3 supervisor stations. After quickly proving to be successful in its mission of growing their client’s businesses while increasing their KPIs and providing exceptional service, CCS broke ground once again and opened its second center in 2022. This new location hosts 165 additional agent stations and 5 supervisor stations.
In August 2023, Call Center Solutions will be expanding further into its third call center. This new center will host 120+ seats and has already begun buildout. This location will again be located in Montego Bay, Jamaica, making CCS the preferred call center solution in the area. The company will continue offering the same high level of service to clients with a full staff consisting of 350 team members.
